Yoga and relaxation are a great balancing act for kids bodies, hearts and minds
The Ripple and Shine yoga program is designed to introduce your child to the benefits of yoga and mindfulness practice.
With fun activations, poses and games I take your child on a yoga journey through stories and play. This is a great way to teach breath awareness, physical strength, self calming techniques and create ways to balance their minds.
Little bodies grow confidently into the amazing beings they are meant to be.
Give yourself the benefits of kindness and relaxation by sharing in a regular DRU yoga class. The yoga techniques are available to all body types and fitness levels. Each pose and practice can be modified to your specific needs.
Feel yourself relaxing and stretching into a whole new sense of calm and strength with Traditional Asanas, Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation.
Everyone is welcome to come along to these classes and discover what makes this particular form of yoga so potent and enjoyable for you.
Ripple and Shine cultivates inclusion, union, connection and creativity for everybody through yoga. I am an ambassador for respect, positivity and peace and teach each yoga class with abundant opportunity for kindness, giving and receiving.
As a yoga teacher I feel it is a privilege to hold an open space and connect people from diverse walks of life and guide them to appreciate their own sense of stillness and balance. It is an indescribable joy to witness and be a part of your journey. You are welcome to come join me in this peaceful and nurturing sanctuary that is a DRU yoga class.
